CS PULLING PROMOTIONS BUNKER HILL SHOOTOUT DELIVERS TWO BIG NIGHTS OF PULLING IN BELOIT, OHIO

Beloit, OH. (June 15, 2026)- The 2026 CS Pulling Promotions Bunker Hill Shootout brought twelve classes, two full nights of competition, and one of the deepest weekends of pulling on the schedule so far this year to 15110 W Middletown Road in Beloit, Ohio. The fans packed the place, the haulers rolled in heavy from both sides of the state line, and Bunker Hill once again proved why it has earned its place as a staple of the CS Pulling Promotions calendar.

FRIDAY, JUNE 12.

Friday night opened with the Hot Rod V-8 Tractors and a fifteen tractor field that turned into a Clinton, Pennsylvania showcase. Louis Roy and the Farmall 706 "Mad Jack" set the bar with a winning distance of 321.772 to lock down 50 points. Jeremy Seibel kept it in town with the Farmall 1206 "Leaded" at 319.010 for second, and John Roy made it a Clinton sweep of the podium with the Minneapolis Moline G1000 "Never Satisfied" at 317.879. The Janoski clan stacked the next three spots, with Mike, Tom, and Dan Janoski running fourth through sixth, and ten of the top fifteen drivers all hailing from Clinton.

The Light Limited Super Stock Tractors followed. Dakota Claypool of Dronesville, Ohio put the Case IH MX 270 "Papa's Pennies" out to a winning 312.406. Derek Macintire kept it close with the Oliver 1850 "Green Grenade" at 307.463 for second, and Bill Sheckler closed out the podium with a John Deere 4010 at 300.132.

The Run What Ya Brung class brought the diesel trucks out, and Justin Garwood of Columbiana, Ohio drove "Goat on a Rope" to a winning distance of 301.792. The Headleys grabbed two of the next three spots, with Nick Headley taking second in the 2020 Ram 3500 "The General" at 300.313 and Matt Headley running the 2016 Dodge 3500 "Binder Addition" to 297.063 for third. Aaron Zundel ran the Chevy "Steel City Shaker" out to an exhibition mark of 288.444 to close the class.

The Classic Super Stock Tractors capped Friday with a sixteen tractor field and the heaviest hook count of the night. Jaric Simmons of Hanoverton, Ohio set the standard with the 1975 International 1066 "Crush-N-It" at 307.276 to claim 50 points and the win. Rose Palmer of Rootstown, Ohio made him work for it, parking the John Deere 4430 "First Due" at 306.403 for second, and the Spillman brothers from Bolivar, Ohio rounded out the top four, with Matt Spillman taking third in the John Deere 4320 "Shellshock" at 305.349 and David Spillman fourth in the John Deere 4520 "Smokin' Ace" at 304.303. Kyle Hawk of Kensington, Ohio brought the "Black River Deere" John Deere 5010 to ninth at 301.459 in his points run with CS for the season.

SATURDAY, JUNE 13.

Saturday opened with the Hot Rod Big Block V-8 Tractors running exhibition. Three drivers came out to put on a show. Oscar Trbovich of Waynesburg, Ohio led the way with the 1956 Farmall 400 "Freaky Farmall" at 317.718, Heather Foultz of Magnolia, Ohio followed with the John Deere 730 "Bad Decisions" at 315.117, and Harold Vance of Carrollton, Ohio rounded it out with the Cockshott "Blue Dragon" at 311.754. A strong appetizer for the night ahead.

The Light Limited Super Stock Tractors returned, and Bill Sheckler flipped the script from Friday in a big way. After a third place run the night before, Sheckler put the John Deere 4020 out to a massive 366.483 to take the win by seventeen feet. Derek McIntire backed up his Friday runner-up finish with another second place run in the Oliver 1850 "Green Grenade" at 349.435, and Mark Cooper rounded out the podium with the 1955 Oliver "Split Decision" at 250.103.

The Super Farm and Hot Farm Tractors brought a nine tractor field and one of the closest finishes of the weekend. Carl Way of West Salem, Ohio drove the IH 1066 "Big Daddy" to a winning distance of 315.498, edging former points champion Mark Sindlinger of Hadley, Pennsylvania and the Ford 8000 "Babe" at 315.439 by less than an inch on the long end. Kent Way kept it a family affair with the IH 1066 "Little Bro" at 311.852 for third, putting two Ways and a Sindlinger across the podium. Adam Smith of Ashland, Ohio in the 1963 John Deere 4010 "The Wild Child" and Corey Pierog of New Castle, Pennsylvania in the Case IH Optum 300 "Gettin Lucky" rounded out the top five with both tractors well over three hundred feet.

The Run What Ya Brung class flipped the Friday order on its head. Matt Headley took the win this time with the 2016 Dodge 3500 "Binder Edition" out to 375.661, Cliff Carnes drove the 2001 Dodge "Carnage" to 369.552 for second, and Nick Headley grabbed third in "The General" at 368.923. Justin Garwood took fourth at 367.534 in "Goat on a Rope," and Wes Reynolds rounded out the top five with the 2016 Dodge "Misunderstood" at 366.990. The top five all parked their trucks within nine feet of one another.

The Classic Super Stock Tractors ran as a added non-sanctioned class and had a ten tractor card. Jaric Simmons made it back to back nights at the top, stretching the 1975 International 1066 "Crush-N-It" out to 324.864 for the Saturday win. Brother Eric Simmons made it a Simmons family one-two with the 1975 International 1066 "Midnight Squeeze" at 323.817, and Josh Aegerter completed a Hanoverton, Ohio sweep of the podium with the International 1206 "Red Edge" at 320.875. John Stanley of Beloit, Ohio represented the home zip code with the 1961 John Deere 4010 "Green Broke Deere" at 316.373 for fourth.

The Street Semis brought the heavy iron out and Joe Shannon of Tallmadge, Ohio drove the Peterbilt 375 "JRod" to a winning distance of 305.409. Wyatt Novak of Edinburg, Ohio took second with the 1986 Mac Superliner "Money for Nothin" at 295.664, and Mason Earnest of Beloit, Ohio took third in the Kenworth W900 "Bad Lil' B" at 285.026. The class also featured a pair of Pro Street Semi exhibition runs. Chase Catanese of Ravenna, Ohio put the Kenworth W900 "Snowman" out to 307.972, an eye-opening number that would have won the class outright. Jeree Flesher of Chesterland, Ohio also took the Kenworth W900 "Mr. Excavator" out for the crowd at 217.822.

The Cold Street Diesel Trucks lit up the night with a nine truck field. Andrew Millar of Salem, Ohio put the Chevy Silverado 07 "Sassy" out to a winning 281.646, with Joe Hassett of Andover, Ohio right behind him in the 2005 Chevy at 280.583 to make it a sub-one-foot finish at the top. Koy Smith of Lake Milton took third with a 2006 Dodge 3500 at 273.840.

The Hot Street Diesel Trucks closed out the weekend with Dale Bennett of Salem, Ohio sending the legendary 04 Chevy Silverado "Social Security" way out to 338.888 for the win. David Geleach of Wickliffe, Ohio took second with the 1997 Ford F350 at 255.181, and Josh McGee of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio rounded out the podium with the Ford F250 at 251.905. Calvin Brown Jr. of Dorset, Ohio brought the 1987 Chevy Superstock "Buckeye Bowtie" out for an exhibition run of 313.594, and Jim Tabor of Williamsfield, Ohio followed in exhibition with the 1994 Ford F350 "Over The Top" at 301.576.
